0All sessions are custom to each individual and session utilizing swedish, deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial release, energy work and aromatherapy. The techniques utilized will depend on the issues and specific request of the client.
In addition, my sessions differ from the more common massages you will find in that I tend toward slightly longer standard sessions. I have found that the industry 50 or 60 minutes falls just short of the mark for an optimally effective massage and experience in most cases. However, its too long if you really just want your hands and feet worked on. The time presented is time on the table. Extraneous prep time including assessment is in addition to your treatment and at no cost to you. The sessions are offered as followed:
45 Min.......$50
45 minutes is ideal for those looking for focus on only a couple of body parts (ex: back and neck) or for a specific injury treatment (tennis elbow, thoracic outlet syndrome, tendonitis, etc.). For people looking for site specific and detailed bodywork, this is the perfect option. This session is also great for athletes during training or pre or post event as maintenance.
75 min........$80
For a truly thorough full body massage or treatment of chronic issues, 75 min is the minimum length of time for the body to relax enough to receive the treatment and for the practitioner to give proper thorough work to all affected areas. The typical "spa" massage tends to leave out critical muscles and body areas in order to fit a full body massage into the allotted time. Your 75 minute massage will leave you and your needs fully addressed and your body totally relaxed.
100 min.....$100
The 100 minute massage is the ultimate massage experience. Be prepared to feel like walking pudding when you are done. Even if you are looking for a rigorous session, your 100 minutes on the table will leave you feeling totally nurtured and exceedingly blissful.
60 min medical massage.....$80
This duration and rate applies to all massage being billed to insurance.

Payment is due at time of service unless purchased online. If you pay at time of service, I accept cash and check only at this time.
